The Aim:
As part of an initiative by BrandAid Events, in collaboration with The Bharat Army—the largest Indian Cricketing fan club—we set out to create an unparalleled celebration for Indian cricket fans ahead of the much-anticipated India vs. Pakistan match. The goal was to unite thousands of passionate fans in a night of music, culture, and cricketing spirit, providing an immersive experience that would build excitement for the upcoming match. The event needed to bring together not only cricket enthusiasts but also top artists, ex-cricketers, and celebrities for an unforgettable spectacle in one of Manchester’s most iconic venues, Victoria Warehouse Cotton Sheds.

BrandAid Events curated a powerful concert experience that perfectly captured the passion and excitement of Indian cricket fans. In collaboration with The Bharat Army, we brought over 10 headlining artists, including Bollywood stars and A-list performers, to entertain the crowd of 2500+ attendees. The event was elevated with appearances by ex-cricketers and celebrities, making it a star-studded affair.
The stage design featured an 80+ foot LED wall that showcased dynamic visuals, complementing the vibrant lighting and live performances. With over 4000+ man hours of production, we ensured seamless coordination between performances, crowd engagement, and special guest appearances, delivering an event that was both high-energy and memorable. The Victoria Warehouse Cotton Sheds provided the perfect backdrop for this unique event, cementing it as one of the biggest fan celebrations for Indian cricket in the UK.
