Our Solution:
BrandAid Events executed a bold, futuristic design concept at Lalit Ashok in Bangalore, transforming the venue into a dynamic space that matched Razorpay’s vision. Neon elements and sleek, modern booth designs set a forward-thinking tone, delivering an immersive experience for conference-goers. Working in close collaboration with four production companies and a dedicated crew of 150+ professionals, we orchestrated a seamless setup within a tight 36-hour timeframe, ensuring every element reflected Razorpay’s innovative approach.
The conference featured a diverse lineup of keynote speakers, masterclasses, fireside chats, and awards, offering thousands of attendees a space to connect, learn, and gain valuable insights from industry experts.
