Roche tasked us with producing their annual flagship internal event, Roche Polaris, for the sales and marketing team. The event focused on reflecting on the year gone by and preparing for the year ahead. Roche required a dynamic event setup that could transform overnight to accommodate multiple themes and experiences throughout the day.
Our Solution:
BrandAid Events delivered a fully immersive event experience, ensuring the seamless transition between different themes in a single day. Working overnight, we transformed the look and feel of the venue at Le Meridien Dubai using a stunning 130+ foot LED wall and innovative production techniques. With over 1500+ man hours of production, we successfully created an engaging and memorable experience for over 225+ attendees.
